clients to another agent you will need a professional agent you can depend on.
If you are a licensed real estate professional and are interested in referring a

You get a signed confirmation of your referral faxed back to
you confirming my acceptance of your referral prior to meeting with your
referred client

You get regular updates on the status of your referred client

You will receive a 25% or more referral fee (buyers or
sellers side) upon closing on the referred transaction. (referral fees
can vary based on the referring broker or origin.)
