Even if you are not a ResortQuest agent, when you refer your clients to another agent you will need a professional agent you can depend on. If you are a licensed real estate professional and are interested in referring a buyer or seller to me, please email me, or call me with information on your client's needs. When you refer your clients to me:

• You will get an experienced agent who is very active;  view recent activity

• You get a REALTOR® licensed in Maryland and Delaware, serving Ocean City, West Ocean City, Berlin, Ocean Pines, Salisbury, Fenwick Island, Rehoboth, Bethany Beach, Lewes

• You get a full-time REALTOR®; read "Why Me?"

• You get a signed confirmation of your referral faxed back to you confirming my acceptance of your referral prior to meeting with your referred client

• You get regular updates on the status of your referred client

• You will receive a 20% or more referral fee (buyer or seller side) upon closing on the referred transaction. (referral fees can vary based on the referring broker or origin.)
